Super Quick Chocolate Cake.
This chocolate cake is made in just a few minutes and is delicious. It’s soft, with a moist texture, and melts in your mouth, perfect for any time of the day. A treat that we all deserve.
It’s made without the use of electric mixers. I’ve enriched this cake with almond flakes, a true Explosion of flavor. A genuine dessert that will win you over.

Ingredients for the Super Quick Chocolate Cake
To make this cake, I used 3.5 oz of extra dark chocolate. I melted the chocolate in a double boiler, let it cool slightly, and then added it to the batter.
- 1.6 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet Baking Powder (16 g)
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup milk (Warm)
- 2 eggs (Room temperature)
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2.1 oz sliced almonds

I used a pan about 8 inches
Steps
In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the milk and start mixing.
Also add the melted dark chocolate and mix well.
Add the oil and finally the eggs.
Always mix with a hand whisk or spatula until all the ingredients are well combined and you get a smooth mixture.
At this point, add the almond flakes and give it one last stir. (You can omit the almonds if you don’t like them).
Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper or buttered and floured.
I decorated the surface with some sugar sprinkles (or other almond flakes) before baking.
Bake at 356°F in a preheated static oven for 25-30 minutes. Always remember to do the toothpick test in the center before removing from the oven.
Let the cake cool completely in the pan before removing it.
