There’s nothing better in the morning than waking up and enjoying a slice of homemade tart. Today I share with you the tart with orange marmalade made with a lemon-scented oil crust, a very citrusy and delicious dessert. If you love citrus fruits, like me, I’m sure it will win you over at the first bite. But now come with me as we start to bake.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 6 1/2 oz Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Lemon (Zest, grated)
- 1 1/4 cups Orange marmalade
Tools
I used a 9 1/2-inch diameter cake pan.
Steps
Work with a fork to mix the eggs, with the sugar, oil, and pinch of salt.
Add the grated lemon zest and also pour in the flour and baking powder previously sifted.
Work all the ingredients until creating a dough, if necessary add more flour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface, place inside the buttered and floured pan, trim the edges.
Place and level the marmalade inside and with the remaining dough create strips. I twisted the strips, pressed them slightly, and then placed them on top. Lower the edges of the tart inward.
Bake at 350°F in a preheated static oven for 30 minutes in the middle of the oven.
The tart is ready to be enjoyed. See you in the next recipe.
