The two-tone cake is delicious, wholesome, and made with very few ingredients. The batter contains no eggs. A perfect dessert for breakfast and more, the strong taste of cocoa makes this cake very tasty. Come with me and let’s start baking.

Ingredients
- 2 all-purpose flour cups
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Steps
In a bowl, mix the oil with the milk and the sugar.
Also add the sifted flour and baking powder.
Once all ingredients are combined, divide the batter into two bowls, and in one bowl, add the unsweetened cocoa.
Line a 8-9 inch diameter mold with parchment paper. Using two spoons, start to place the batter, alternating the light and dark batter to create stripes.
Bake at 350°F in a preheated static oven for 30 minutes. Always perform the toothpick test; if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
Allow the cake to cool completely, then remove it from the mold.
