This cake is an explosion of different flavors that blend perfectly.
The vanilla-flavored cake has an amazing taste and is incredibly soft, while the fruit and almonds make it perfect.

Ingredients
- 1.6 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 oz vanilla yogurt (Or any flavor you prefer)
- 2 eggs
- 1 baking powder (16 grams)
- 3.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 5 plums
- 1 apple
- 120 raspberries
- 2/3 sliced almonds (Sliced)

I used a 9-inch springform pan
- 1 Electric whisk
- 1 Pan 8-9 inches
Steps
Whisk the sugar and eggs with an electric whisk for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is nice and fluffy, then start pouring in the oil slowly
Keep the whisk running and begin adding the flour with the baking powder, alternating it with the yogurt
Continue like this until all ingredients are incorporated, then let the whisk work for two more minutes
The mixture should be thick
Pour the mixture into a springform pan, about 8-9 inches, lined with parchment paper or greased and floured.
Decorate as you like with pre-washed and cut fruit, and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
Bake at 356°F for about 45 minutes. Always do the toothpick test in the center
Allow to cool completely and remove from the pan.
The vanilla cake with fruit and almonds is ready to be enjoyed.
