Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 nectarine (Or apple, pear)
Steps
In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix with a fork.
Add the eggs and oil in a stream, mixing continuously with the fork until all ingredients are combined.
Knead for a few minutes with your hands, adding a few tablespoons of water if the dough is too dry.
Once the dough is ready, take a small piece and slightly flatten it between your hands, place small pieces of nectarine at the center, fold the dough over itself and form a ball.
Continue until all the dough is used, placing the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
If you like, you can add some small pieces of nectarine on top of the ball.
Bake at 356°F for about 20/23 minutes
