Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup whole cane sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 oz pine nuts
- 1 oz white chocolate (Grated)
Steps
In a bowl, mix the flour, oil, and sugar, then add the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Pour in the water, mix with a fork until possible, then knead with your hands.
Add the pine nuts and grated white chocolate, and mix well into the dough to create a dough ball.
Create small balls, slightly flatten them, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 20 minutes
Let the cookies cool completely once taken out of the oven. The cookies are ready to be enjoyed.
