These whole wheat cookies without eggs are truly delicious, thanks also to the dried fruits added to the dough.
I used a mixed dough of whole wheat flour and almond flour; these two flours used together make these cookies very special and tasty.
The whole wheat cookies without eggs are great at any time of the day.

- 1/2 cup almond flour

- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup blanched almonds
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
Steps
In a bowl, pour the flours and sugar and mix with a spoon. Add the softened butter and blend.
If necessary, add half a shot glass of water, it will help you knead.
Add the chocolate chips and dried fruits.
Continue blending the dough on a lightly floured work surface.
The dough will be very soft and slightly sticky, which is normal.
Flour your hands and start creating balls, about 15 medium-sized.
If you want to enrich these cookies even more, make a hole in the center (with a cork or something else) and insert chocolate chips inside.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 20/25 minutes.
The eggless cookies are ready to be enjoyed.
