Yogurt and Chocolate Bundt Cake

The yogurt and chocolate bundt cake is truly delicious. Very easy to prepare and super soft. Ideal for breakfast or any time of the day. To make this bundt cake, I used vanilla-flavored yogurt which pairs perfectly with the flavor of dark chocolate. You will only need a bowl and a hand whisk. Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2.5 oz granulated sugar
  • 1.6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 5.3 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3.5 oz melted dark chocolate (Warm)

These quantities are for a mold of 8-9 inches in diameter.

Steps

  • Using a hand whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the vegetable oil in a thin stream, the yogurt and mix well.
    Begin to add the flour in small increments and the baking powder that was previously sifted, mix all the ingredients well.
    At this point, add the chocolate previously melted in a double boiler or microwave, it’s important that the chocolate is not hot, it should be warm. Mix the chocolate into the batter.

  • The batter will be dense.
    Butter and flour a mold of 8-9 inches in diameter and pour the batter inside.

  • Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated static oven for about 30 minutes, always perform the toothpick test; if it comes out dry, the bundt cake is ready.

  • The bundt cake is ready to be enjoyed.
