Yogurt and cocoa muffins cooked in an air fryer, delicious and indulgent treats with yogurt and cocoa cooked in an air fryer. These muffins are perfect if you suddenly crave something sweet: they are prepared in no time and cook in just 10 minutes. They are very soft and will conquer you bite after bite. But no worries, if you don’t want to cook in an air fryer, a traditional oven will work just fine.

Ingredients for Yogurt and Cocoa Muffins Cooked in Air Fryer
These ingredients are for 8/10 treats depending on the size of the molds. For cooking, use rigid parchment paper molds or aluminum ones.
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 1/3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Steps for Yogurt Cocoa Muffins Cooked in Air Fryer
Using a hand whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes, and add the oil gradually.
Pour in the yogurt one tablespoon at a time and finally the flour, cocoa, and baking powder previously sifted, in several additions.
The batter will be very thick, so finish mixing with a spatula or a spoon.
Pour the mixture into the molds.
In the meantime, preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 2 minutes.
Place the molds inside the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 10 minutes, or in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 15-20 minutes.
In both cases, always do the toothpick test.
