Cocoa lovers? You are in the right place. I present to you a super soft plumcake made with added yogurt and enriched with bitter cocoa. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and without the need for an electric mixer, the intense aroma of cocoa will fill your home.
The yogurt and cocoa plumcake is perfect to enjoy alone or paired with a delicious custard or a milk cream.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (I use rice)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 7 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup yogurt (I use vanilla flavor)
- 1 tbsp baking powder

I used a plumcake mold of 10 inches by 8 inches. If you prefer, you can use a round mold of 9/10 inches in diameter.
Steps
With the help of a hand whisk in the bowl work the 3 eggs with 1/2 cup of sugar.
Add the 7 tbsp of oil and 1 cup of yogurt, mix well.
Start to pour in the 3/4 cup of flour, 2/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa, 1/4 cup of potato starch and the packet of baking powder.
The batter will be very creamy.
Butter and flour or line the mold with parchment paper.
Bake at 340 degrees Fahrenheit in a preheated static oven for 40 minutes. The plumcake is ready to be enjoyed. See you in the next recipe😘
