Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1/3 cup chocolate (chopped)
  • to taste chocolate (chopped for the top of the cake)

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Electric whisk
  • 1 Pan

How to prepare the 5-Minute Chocolate Cake

  • In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric whisk.

  • Add the oil and milk. Mix with the electric whisk.

  • Add the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Mix with the electric whisk.

  • Add the chocolate chips and mix.

  • Pour the batter into a previously buttered and floured 9-inch pan. If you want to take a look at my pan, click here.

  • If you like, add more chopped chocolate on top.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and cook for about 30/35 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times according to your oven.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
