- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup chocolate (in chips)

How to prepare the almond Bundt cake
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer or stand mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Gradually add the oil and water, and mix.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.
Add the chopped almonds and chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a pre-greased and floured 9.5-inch Bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 20/25 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking time based on your oven.
