- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mascarpone
- 1 apple
- 1 apple (thinly sliced)

How to Make Apple and Mascarpone Cake
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar, and mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the mascarpone and mix everything well.
Finally, add one chopped apple and mix with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured 7.87-inch pan. Level with a spatula.
Arrange thin slices of apples on the surface of the cake.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F. Let it cook for about 30 minutes. Please check cooking times based on your oven by doing the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
