The bacon roll-ups are very simple to prepare. They are super fast and you will need only 3 ingredients to prepare them.
As I mentioned, they are perfect for a snack, an appetizer or a buffet dinner.

- to taste sandwich bread
- to taste smoked bacon
- to taste cheese

- 1 Knife
- 1 Baking Tray
- 1 Parchment Paper
How to Prepare Bacon Roll-Ups
Take the slices of sandwich bread and roll them out with a rolling pin to make them thin. Then cut them in half vertically with a knife.
Take the slice of bacon and place the slice of sandwich bread at the base.
At the base of the sandwich bread, place a small piece of cheese. I used Galbanino cheese.
Roll up to form a roll-up.
Place the roll-ups on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F (200°C) for 5 minutes or until they are golden brown. I cooked them in an air fryer at 392°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Serve hot, so they will be nicely gooey.
