The baked pasta with mushrooms is very simple to prepare. It’s ready in a few minutes and the ingredients needed are few.
Of course, if you don’t have an air fryer, you can also prepare it in the oven.
You can choose the pasta shape you prefer. Regarding mushrooms, I used sautéed mushrooms, but you can use any mushrooms you prefer. Fresh mushrooms, porcini, frozen ones… they will all work just fine. As for the béchamel sauce, you can choose to use store-bought or homemade.

How to prepare baked pasta with mushrooms in air fryer
In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and the sautéed mushrooms. Let them brown, then add the tomato sauce. Let the flavors meld for a few minutes. (Times vary depending on the mushrooms used).
Turn off the heat, and adjust salt if necessary. Add the béchamel sauce, Parmesan cheese, and a chopped mozzarella. Mix everything well.
Transfer the sauce into a mold to place inside the air fryer. I used a mold of 7 inches.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Let it cook for the time indicated on the package, then drain it and add it to the sauce. Mix everything well.
Place the pot inside the air fryer, and set it to 356°F for 8 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking times based on your air fryer. Mine has a DC motor that cooks 46% faster. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.
Serve and enjoy.
