Bread with 5-Grain Oatmeal Flour

Bread with 5-grain oatmeal flour. A soft and light bread, simple and quick to prepare.

Making bread at home is an art, but it’s possible to achieve a good bread at home even with few ingredients and in little time.

For preparing the bread with 5-grain oatmeal flour and sesame seeds, I used the flour you see in the picture. I found this flour inside the Degustabox that I received for free in December 2025. Since it was a gift, I was not obligated to talk about it, but I really liked this flour, so I’m happy to share the recipe.

The package says that this flour is perfect for bread machines and for handmade doughs. On the back of the package, you can find both the recipe and the instructions for making the bread.

I followed the recipe on the back of the package, used the Bimby for kneading, and modified both the baking and rising times.

Besides the bread, on the back of the package, you can also find the recipe for making a focaccia. And always inside the package, you find two sachets of dry yeast. Each sachet is 10 g.

But back to the recipe: in my house, this bread was very successful, so it’s a flour I will definitely repurchase.

Let’s see right away how to prepare the bread with 5-grain oatmeal flour.
