Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup g sugar
- 1/6 cup g water
- 3 tbsp g sunflower seed oil
- 1 2/3 cups g all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp g baking powder
- Half apple
- to taste jam
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Bundt pan
- 1 Teaspoon
How to Prepare the Bundt Cake with Apples and Jam
In a bowl, place the egg and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until the mixture is fluffy and frothy.
Add the water and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer being careful not to create lumps.
Pour the obtained mixture into an 18 cm (7-inch) diameter bundt pan, previously greased and floured. If you want to take a look at my pan, you can find it here.
Before baking, add small mounds of jam on the surface using a teaspoon and thin slices of apple.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it cook for about 25 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven by using the toothpick test.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool slightly, and enjoy.
