How to prepare the cappuccino and chocolate cake in an air fryer

  • In a bowl, place eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until you get a fluffy and airy mixture.

  • Slowly add milk, oil, and coffee while mixing.

  • Add flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, ensuring no lumps form.

  • Add the chopped chocolate and fold it in with a spatula. (Set aside some chocolate to place on top).

  • Pour the mixture into a 8-inch mold lined with parchment paper and level it well. Add the remaining dark chocolate on top.

  • If using an air fryer, cook for 20 minutes at 320°F then 10 minutes at 356°F. Be sure to check the cooking time with a toothpick test. If you want to take a look, I have a fryer similar to this one.

  • If using an oven, bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if desired, dust with powdered sugar.

  • Serve yourself.
