Chocolate Corn Flakes are a kind of chocolate desert roses but without baking. They are made with 2 ingredients: corn flakes and chocolate.
These are no-bake treats perfect for snacking anytime of the day. It will take you less than 10 minutes to prepare this delight. With the amounts I provide, I made 5 treats, but you can easily double the amounts.

- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 0.9 oz corn flakes

How to prepare Chocolate Corn Flakes
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler. Stir continuously with a spatula.
Place the melted chocolate in a bowl. Add the corn flakes and mix until they are completely coated with chocolate.
Using a spoon, scoop small mounds and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. I made 5, but the number depends on their size.
Let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.

Variations
If you use gluten-free corn flakes and dark chocolate without milk traces, these treats will be perfect even for those with intolerances.
