How to prepare the chocolate filled pastries
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, egg, sugar, oil, and honey. Mix with a fork.
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with a fork, then when you can no longer manage, transfer onto a floured surface and work the dough with your hands until you obtain a smooth dough. (If necessary, add more flour).
Roll the dough out with a rolling pin. You should get a rectangle roughly 12×16 inches.
Divide the rectangle into 8 smaller rectangles.
On the base of each rectangle, add a small piece of dark chocolate.
Start rolling up to the middle of the rectangle.
Place a second piece of chocolate and continue rolling to form the pastry.
Place the pastries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the surface with milk and bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F. Let cook for about 20/25 minutes. Please check the baking times according to your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if desired, dust with powdered sugar.
Enjoy!
