How to Make Cocoa and Peach Muffins
In a bowl, place the egg and sugar. Mix with the hand whisk.
Add the milk and oil. Mix with the hand whisk.
Add the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Mix with the whisk, being careful not to create lumps.
Add the diced peach and mix with a spoon.
Pour the batter into pre-greased and floured muffin cups or paper liners. I got 8 muffins, but the number may vary depending on the size of the liners used.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for about 20 minutes. Please check the baking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
