How to Prepare Coffee and Chocolate Bundt Cake
In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you obtain a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the oil. Add 3/4 cup of liquids (coffee + water). I used 2/3 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of coffee, but you can choose the ratio according to your taste. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, making sure to avoid lumps.
Stir in the chocolate chips (or chocolate flakes). Mix with a spatula.
Pour the obtained mixture into a 9.5-inch bundt pan previously greased and floured. My pan doesn’t need greasing or flouring. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the baking time according to your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and serve.
