How to make Coffee and Chocolate Cookies
In a bowl, add the egg and sugar. Mix with a fork.
Add the coffee and oil. Continue mixing with the fork.
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the fork, then when you can no longer do so, add the chocolate shavings and continue kneading by hand until you get a soft and compact dough.
Take small pieces of dough, form balls with your hands, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a hot, static oven at 350°F and let cook for about 15/20 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times according to your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
