The Coffee Yogurt and Nutella Bundt Cake is a soft dessert perfect to start the day with the right energy. Among the ingredients, you will find two jars of yogurt. I used one vanilla and one coffee yogurt, but you can use the flavors you prefer.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 9 oz sugar
- 7 tbsps sunflower seed oil
- 2 jars yogurt
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 tbsps Nutella®
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Bundt Cake Pan
How to prepare the Coffee Yogurt and Nutella Bundt Cake.
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add and incorporate the oil.
Add the yogurt and continue mixing with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, being careful not to create lumps.
Pour half the batter into a previously greased and floured 9.5-inch (24 cm) bundt cake pan. My pan does not need to be greased or floured. If you want to take a look, click here.
To the remaining batter, add the Nutella and mix with the electric mixer.
Pour the Nutella batter into the pan.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F (180°C). Let it bake for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the baking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
