Condensed milk and chocolate cake. A simple and quick cake to prepare: perfect for breakfast and snack.
The condensed milk cake is very easy to prepare. The condensed milk is the main ingredient of this cake, so you really can’t substitute it. Online I have read that many replace it with cream or Greek yogurt, but I can assure you that the taste is not the same and neither is the texture. Furthermore, by replacing the condensed milk, you will have to modify all the other ingredients.
The condensed milk makes the cake very soft, it is not excessively sweet, and as I said, it is perfect for breakfast and snack.
But let’s see right away how to prepare the condensed milk cake.
