Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups semolina flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

How to Prepare Cookies with Semolina Flour

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl except for the tablespoon of milk. Stir with a spoon.

  • Add the tablespoon of milk and knead with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

  • Take small portions of dough. Form balls with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F (180°C) and cook for about 15 minutes. Please adjust the cooking time based on your oven. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
