Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups semolina flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk

How to prepare cookies with semolina flour
Place all ingredients in a bowl except the tablespoon of milk. Stir with a spoon.
Add the tablespoon of milk and knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough.
Take small portions of dough. Form balls with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Make sure to check the baking times based on your oven. Remove, let cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
