The creamy and Nutella bundt cake is very simple to prepare. It is a super soft bundt cake thanks to the presence of cream. The necessary ingredients to prepare it are few and are usually found at home.
For the preparation, I used a 8-inch (20 cm) bundt cake pan, but if you have a 9.5 or 10-inch one, you can easily double the doses.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 tbsps milk
- to taste chocolate chips
- to taste Nutella®

- 1 Mixer
- 1 Bundt cake pan
- 2 Teaspoons
How to Prepare the Creamy and Nutella Bundt Cake
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the cream and mix until you get a well-whipped mixture.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer. You should get a smooth and lump-free mixture.
Add chocolate chips according to your taste (I added about 2 oz) and milk. Mix with a spoon.
Pour half of the batter into a previously buttered and floured 8-inch bundt pan. If you want to take a look at my mold, you can click here.
With the help of two teaspoons, add small mounds of Nutella, then cover with the remaining batter.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 355°F (180°C) and let cook for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
