Ingredients
For filling
- 2.5 oz dark chocolate
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 5.5 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 5.5 oz sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips

How to Prepare Creamy Chocolate Cake
First, start preparing the filling. Inside a saucepan, place the broken chocolate, butter, and milk. Move to the stove and let it melt over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted.
Turn off the stove and add the cream cheese. Mix with a spatula. Store in the refrigerator while you prepare the cake.
Inside a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the milk and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. If you like, add the chocolate chips and mix with the spatula.
Pour the mixture into a 9.5-inch pan previously buttered and floured.
Retrieve the chocolate and cheese mixture from the refrigerator. Add the egg and mix with the spatula.
Spread the chocolate mixture using a spoon on the cake’s surface. Distribute it here and there in small heaps, spacing them slightly.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 30/35 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and store in the refrigerator until serving time.
