Crispy coffee and chocolate cookies: simple and quick cookies to make: perfect for breakfast and snack time.
The crispy coffee and chocolate cookies are cookies similar to biscotti and very simple to make.
As I mentioned, they are perfect for breakfast and snack time, but they are also great to accompany a hot tea or coffee.
These are super fragrant coffee cookies and very delicious thanks to the chocolate. I used dark chocolate but you can use your preferred chocolate. If you want, you can also replace the chocolate with almonds or use both.
But let’s see right away how to prepare the crispy coffee and chocolate cookies.

How to Make Crispy Coffee and Chocolate Cookies
In a bowl, add the sugar, egg, and coffee. Mix with a fork.
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the fork, then when you can no longer do so, add the chocolate chips and continue kneading by hand until you get a soft and well-mixed dough. (If necessary, add more flour).
With your hands, work the dough to form a long and narrow loaf. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
If desired, generously sprinkle granulated sugar on the surface of the loaf.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and cook for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, cut the cookies, and bake for another 5/6 minutes. Please check the baking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy.
