How to prepare the crumble cake with ricotta and amaretti
In a bowl, add the egg and sugar. Mix with a fork.
Add the oil and mix with the fork.
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the fork, then continue kneading by hand to form crumbs. Set aside for a moment.
For the filling, in a bowl, combine the crumbled amaretti, shaved chocolate, yogurt, and ricotta. Mix with a spoon.
Add and incorporate the egg. Mix everything well.
Butter and flour a 10-inch tart pan. Pour in about half of the crumbs and lightly compact with your hands to create the base of the crumble cake.
Add the filling and level it. Cover with the remaining crumbs and bake in a hot, static oven at 350°F. Let it bake for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the baking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven and let it cool. I recommend storing it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before consuming to let the filling set.
Before serving, if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
