For the cooking I used the air fryer, but if you don’t have it, you can also bake them in the oven.

As I said, the preparation is very simple, but for any doubt don’t worry! Below I leave you the video recipe. In the video recipe, I show you how to prepare a complete menu: from appetizer to dessert with the air fryer.

Tools

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Bowl

How to Prepare Dark Chocolate Squares

  • In a saucepan, place the butter and dark chocolate. Move to the stove and let it melt over low heat. Stir continuously.

  • Turn off the stove and set aside.

  • In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Stir with a hand whisk.

  • Combine the melted chocolate with the butter. Mix.

  • Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Stir with the whisk, being careful not to create lumps.

  • Pour the mixture into a 20×20 cm (8×8 inch) mold lined with parchment paper.

  • Place the mold inside the air fryer basket, and let it cook at 329°F for 16 minutes.

  • Make sure to verify the cooking times based on your air fryer. My air fryer has a DC motor and cooks food faster than other air fryers. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.

  • Remove the cake first from the air fryer and then from the mold. Let it cool slightly and, if desired, dust with powdered sugar.

  • Help yourself.
