The cake for 2 is named so because it is baked in an 18 cm pan, making it suitable for two people. It’s perfect if you’re alone at home to eat sweets. Its size allows you to consume it quickly, thus preserving all its characteristics.
If you want to make it larger, no problem, just double the quantities and use a 24 cm pan.

Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 tbsps sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 cup chocolate chips

How to Make the Easy and Quick Cake for 2
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix everything well with the electric mixer.
Add the ricotta, oil, and milk. Mix.
Add the flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Mix with the electric mixer.
Pour the mixture into an 18 cm pan previously greased or floured or lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F (180°C) and let it cook for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
