Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1.5 oz chocolate (chopped)

  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Bundt pan

How to Prepare the Glass Cupcake

  • In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you have a fluffy and foamy mixture.

  • Add the milk and the oil. Mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.

  • Add the chopped chocolate and mix with a spatula.

  • Pour the obtained mixture into a previously buttered and floured 9-inch pan. My pan does not need buttering or flouring. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.

  • If you like, add more chopped chocolate on the surface of the cake.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Please verify the cooking times based on your oven.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if desired, dust with powdered sugar.

  • Serve yourself.
