Eggless Cocoa Cake. A simple and quick cake to prepare. With few ingredients: perfect for any occasion.
The soft cocoa cake without eggs is very easy to prepare. It is perfect for breakfast, snack, or to end a dinner accompanied by a dollop of whipped cream.
It’s a dessert that doesn’t contain eggs, so it’s perfect if you are intolerant and cannot consume them or if you’re craving something sweet but have run out of eggs.

Ingredients
- 5.25 oz Greek yogurt (I use pear flavor)
- 1 cup plain natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1.6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 7 oz milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- to taste chocolate chips (for decoration)
- to taste sugar (for decoration)

- 1 Bowl
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Pan
How to Make the Eggless Cocoa Cake
In a bowl, add the yogurt, Greek yogurt, and milk. Stir with a spoon.
Add the sugar and mix with the spoon.
Combine the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir with a spoon, being careful not to form lumps.
Add and incorporate the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a 8-inch greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle granulated sugar and chocolate chips on the surface.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F (180°C) and let it cook for about 40/45 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if desired, dust with powdered sugar.
