Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 7/8 oz sugar
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 tbsps Nutella®

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Bundt cake pan

How to prepare the Nutella Marbled Bundt Cake

  • In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you get a smooth and lump-free mixture.

  • Add the milk and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the yogurt and mix.

  • Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.

  • Pour a little more than half of the batter into a 9.5-inch bundt pan previously greased and floured. My pan does not need to be greased or floured. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.

  • Add the Nutella to the remaining batter and mix.

  • Pour the Nutella batter into the pan.

  • Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F. Let it cook for about 40 minutes. Please verify the cooking times based on your oven.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
