Milk and Cookie Muffins, are super simple muffins to prepare. They are made with 4 ingredients: cookies, milk, chocolate chips, and baking powder. You read that right, they are flourless! They are very easy to prepare.
For the preparation you can use the dry cookies you prefer. I added chocolate chips to the batter, but if you use chocolate cookies or cookies with chocolate pieces, you may skip them.
Please try them: they are incredibly soft. You’ll be won over with the first bite.
But let’s see right away how to prepare the milk and cookie muffins.
