Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cup sunflower seed oil
- 1/4 cup cup water
- 5 oz oz milk chocolate
- 1 tbsp tbsp butter
- 2 cups cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet packet baking powder

- 1 Small saucepan
How to prepare the milk chocolate pound cake
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the oil and water. Mix with the electric mixer.
In a small saucepan, add the chopped chocolate and a tablespoon of butter. Move to the stove and stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add the melted chocolate with butter to the batter and mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, making sure not to form lumps.
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured pound cake mold. Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking times based on your oven by doing the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
