For the preparation I used ready-made pizza dough, but if you have more time, you can make it at home. Or by using puff pastry, you can serve the classic rustic style.
To prepare this recipe you will need three main ingredients: pizza dough, hot dogs, and cheese. For brushing, use egg or milk: whichever you prefer.

How to Prepare Mini Hot Dog and Cheese Rolls
Unroll the pizza dough, and with the help of a knife, divide it into three parts.
On each strip of dough, add two slices of cheese.
Place a hot dog next to the cheese, as you see in the photo.
Roll up to form a small roll.
With the help of a knife, cut each roll into 4/5 parts.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the surface with milk or egg. I used milk.
Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F. Cook for about 20/25 minutes. Please check the cooking times according to your oven.
Serve and enjoy.
Tips
The mini hot dog rolls are good both hot and cold. If you like them hot but want to prepare them in advance, you can do so and warm them in the oven for a few moments before serving.
