How to Prepare the Mixed Chocolate Pantry Clear-Out Bundt Cake

  • Take all your leftover chocolate and cut into rough pieces with a knife. Don’t worry if they are different sizes.

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a light and fluffy mixture.

  • Pour in the milk and oil and mix with the electric mixer. Incorporate the flour and baking powder, mixing until the batter is smooth.

  • Add 3.5 oz of chopped chocolate to the batter and gently mix with a spatula to distribute it evenly.

  • Pour the batter into a 9.5-inch bundt cake pan that is previously greased and floured. My pan does not require greasing or flouring, if you want to check it out, you can find it listed above among the tools.

  • Finish by distributing the remaining chocolate on the cake’s surface.

  • Bake at 350°F (static oven) for about 40 minutes. Please check the baking time according to your oven by doing the toothpick test. Let it cool well before removing from the pan.

  • Serve yourself.

Storage

The bundt cake stays soft under a glass dome or in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
