No-Bake Glass Desserts: simple and quick to prepare. Perfect to serve as dessert at the end of a meal.
The no-bake glass desserts are simple and quick to prepare. They are perfect to serve as dessert at the end of a meal.
As I mentioned, the preparation is very simple: just add Nutella to some crumbled cookies to form the base; and mix ricotta, sugar, and chocolate for the cream. Nothing simpler.
To decorate, I used dark chocolate and fresh fruit, but you can use whatever you prefer.
But let’s see right away how to prepare the no-bake glass desserts.

How to Prepare the No-Bake Glass Desserts
First, crumble the cookies. I used cocoa cookies similar to these. Of course, you can use any cookies you prefer, though I recommend using filled cookies. To crumble the cookies, I used the Thermomix (5 seconds, speed 5), or you can put the cookies in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Add the Nutella to the cookies and mix with a spoon. Add a splash of milk (about a tablespoon) and mix.
Set aside for a moment.
In a bowl, add the ricotta, sugar, and chopped chocolate. Mix with a spoon.
Choose the bowls you will fill. I chose glass bowls of 3.5 inches, but you can use whichever you prefer. If you want to take a look at mine, click here. (Using these bowls, I made 4 desserts).
Put a teaspoon of cookies with Nutella in the bowls. Level and compact. (The amount depends on the size of the bowl).
Cover with the ricotta cream and level.
Add chocolate flakes for decoration and fresh fruit.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Help yourself.
