Ingredients

  • 12.3 oz cookies (dry, ground into powder)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1.8 oz chocolate chips
  • as needed Nutella®

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Spatula

How to prepare the Nutella and Cookie Cake

  • In a large bowl, place the dry cookies ground into powder (like flour) and add the milk. Mix with the electric mixer until you get a well-blended mixture.

  • Add the baking powder and mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the chocolate chips and gently mix with a spatula or a spoon, using movements from bottom to top.

  • Pour the obtained mixture into a rectangular mold (or any shape you prefer), previously buttered and floured, or if you prefer, lined with parchment paper. I used a disposable aluminum mold about 8×12 inches.

  • On the surface of the batter, add teaspoons of Nutella, and distribute them at regular intervals.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and let it cook for about 25-30 minutes.

Storage

The cake can be stored at room temperature, covered with a cake dome, for about 3-4 days. It is not recommended to store it in the refrigerator.
