Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 10 g baking powder
- 4.25 oz sugar
- 8.75 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 lemon juice
- 5.5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 0.25 cup milk
- 3.5 oz all-purpose flour
- 3.5 oz chocolate (chopped)

Nutella Tart with Sugar Sprinkles
In a bowl, combine the egg, baking powder, sugar, flour, zest, juice of a lemon, milk, and oil. Start mixing with the spoon.
Add the other 3.5 oz of flour and the chopped chocolate.
Continue mixing with the spoon or by hand. The dough should be soft but not sticky. (The amount of flour varies depending on the size of the lemon).
Spread the dough inside the smart tart mold (11 inches) that has been greased and floured. Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 20/25 minutes. Remember to check the baking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven and let the tart cool. Keep it upside down with the hollow side up.
Spread a layer of Nutella and level it. Decorate with sugar sprinkles.
Storage
At room temperature, covered, for 3-4 days. The filling with Nutella guarantees long-lasting freshness.
