The orange bundt cake with ricotta center is a simple and quick dessert to prepare. The ingredients are mixed with a spoon inside a bowl, so you won’t need any special equipment.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tbsps sugar

How to Prepare the Orange Bundt Cake with Ricotta Center
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with a spoon.
Add the oil, milk, and orange juice. Mix with the spoon.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the spoon, being careful not to create lumps.
Add the cocoa and chocolate chips. Mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into a 9.5-inch bundt pan, previously greased and floured. My pan doesn’t need greasing or flouring. If you want to take a look, you can find it in the tools list above.
Set aside for a moment and prepare the ricotta center.
In a bowl, add the ricotta, chocolate chips, and sugar. Mix with a spoon.
On the surface of the cake, add small dollops of ricotta using two teaspoons.
Add more chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F. Let it bake for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the baking time according to your oven.
Remove from oven, let cool, and serve.
