Pasta with Zucchini and Cooked Ham Bimby. A simple and quick first course to prepare. With just a few ingredients.
The pasta with zucchini and cooked ham is very simple to prepare. The necessary ingredients are few. I used cooked ham, but you can substitute it with raw ham, speck, or mortadella.
If you want to add a touch of creaminess at the end of cooking, you can add cream or a spreadable cheese like Philadelphia.
As a pasta shape, you can use whichever you prefer. If you don’t have the Bimby, you can use a mixer to chop the vegetables and continue cooking in a pan.
But let’s see right away how to prepare pasta with zucchini and cooked ham Bimby.

How to prepare pasta with zucchini and cooked ham Bimby
Bring plenty of water to a boil in a pot.
Meanwhile, place the shallot in the bowl and chop for 5 seconds at speed 5.
Add the oil and sauté for 2 minutes at 212°F, speed 1.
Add the chopped carrots and zucchini and chop for 30 seconds at speed 4.
Cook for 10 minutes at 212°F, speed one counterclockwise. Add a cup of water and start for 5 minutes, 212°F, speed 1, counterclockwise. After 3 minutes, add the cooked ham (in strips or cubes) through the lid hole.
At the end of cooking, transfer everything to a pan. Adjust with salt.
Drain the pasta and place it in the pan. Let it flavor for a moment. (If the mixture transferred to the pan is too liquid, turn on the stove and let the water reduce, or drain the pasta al dente and finish cooking in the pan).
Before serving, add grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
