Pasta with zucchini and tuna is very simple to prepare. The sauce is ready in a few minutes, and the ingredients needed are few. It’s a perfect dish for beginners or those in a hurry.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz pasta
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3.5 oz tuna (canned)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Steps

  • Cut the zucchini into slices using a mandoline, so that they are all the same thickness.

  • Add a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and let it heat. (If you like, you can add chopped onion).

  • Add the zucchini and let them brown for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally, then deglaze with the white wine.

  • When the wine has completely evaporated, add salt and the well-drained tuna. Stir and let it flavor for a few minutes.

  • Cook the pasta in a pot of plenty of salted boiling water. Cook the pasta for the minutes indicated on the package.

  • Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan. Stir.

  • If you like, you can add chopped parsley.

  • Serve yourself.
