The peanut cookies are very simple to prepare. They are delicious and tasty cookies: perfect for breakfast or snacks accompanied by a cup of tea.
These are perfect cookies for those who don’t like overly sweet treats, because the peanuts give a slightly salty aftertaste that will win you over at the first bite.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3.5 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- as needed peanuts
- 1/8 cup chocolate chips

- 1 Baking tray
- 1 Parchment paper
How to make peanut cookies
In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix with a fork.
Add the milk and peanut butter. Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add the peanuts and chocolate chips. Incorporate them into the dough.
Take a piece of dough, the size of a walnut, shape it with your hands and flatten it. (The cookie should still be quite thick).
Continue this way until you finish all the dough. (I made 7 cookies)
Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F. Bake for about 20 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
