Pineapple and Chocolate Yogurt Squares. A simple and quick dessert to prepare: perfect for breakfast and snack time.
The yogurt and chocolate squares are soft and delicious treats: perfect for starting the day with the right energy. As for the yogurt, I used pineapple yogurt, but you can use whatever you prefer. The chocolate chips make the dessert even more delicious, but if you don’t like them, you can skip them.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4/5 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 yogurt (I used pineapple)
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips

How to prepare pineapple and chocolate yogurt squares
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer or a hand whisk until the mixture is fluffy and frothy.
Add the yogurt and mix.
Add and incorporate the oil.
Add the flour and mix well, making sure not to create lumps.
Add the baking powder and chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured 8×8 inch square pan.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F. Let it bake for about 30 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
