  • 1 eggplant (grilled)
  • 6 slices Emmental
  • 4 slices cooked ham

Tools

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Parchment Paper
  • 1 Baking Tray

How to prepare the pizza rolls with eggplants

  • Unroll the ready pizza dough, leaving it on its parchment paper.

  • Place the cheese slices evenly over the dough surface, leaving a 0.4-inch border free.

  • Roll the dough from the long side, using the parchment paper to maintain its compact shape.

  • With a sharp knife, cut the roll into 12-15 slices of equal thickness.
