The Poured Coffee and Nutella Cake is very easy to prepare. It’s a cake scented with coffee that comes out of the oven already filled. It’s perfect to start the day with the right energy.
Thanks to the double baking, the Nutella doesn’t sink to the bottom of the cake but stays in the middle.

How to Make Poured Coffee and Nutella Cake
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until the mixture is fluffy and foamy.
Add the oil, milk, water, and coffee. Mix with the electric mixer.
Finally, add the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Mix well, taking care not to create lumps.
Pour half of the obtained mixture into a 9 ½-inch bundt pan previously greased and floured. My pan doesn’t need to be greased or floured. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, add the Nutella, and level it. Bake again for another 25 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven by doing the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Enjoy your cake.
