Poured Plumcake with Nutella. A very soft cake, simple and quick to prepare. Perfect for breakfast and snacks.
The poured plumcake with Nutella is very simple to prepare. Thanks to the double baking, the filling remains perfectly in the center of the plumcake and does not sink to the bottom.
If you don’t like Nutella, you can replace it with jam.

Add the milk and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, being careful not to create lumps.
Add the chopped chocolate and mix with the electric mixer.
Pour half of the mixture into a previously buttered and floured plumcake mold. Bake in a hot, static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking times according to your oven.
Remove from the oven, add a layer of Nutella and level it. Cover with the remaining batter and bake again for another 20 minutes. Always perform the toothpick test to check for doneness.
Remove from the oven, let it warm, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
